When you make a purchase from Wow! Crochet, you’re helping a small business make their dream come true. Your item or items will be carefully packed and shipped the next business day. All of our items are shipped with tracking so that you can check the progress of your delivery.

Australia-wide shipping

Wow! Crochet ships anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Your shipping will be calculated at check out based on the weight of your item or items.

Standard shipping
We ship with Australia Post and providing tracking for your orders. In the past, standard shipping has taken 7-10 days, however due to recent delays it isn’t possible to guarantee a delivery time frame. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Express shipping
Please contact us if you are interested in express shipping, we are only a phone call or email away! Due to ongoing postage delays, arrival dates cannot be guaranteed so we have removed express shipping from our site.

International shipping

We also offer international shipping world-wide, with rates that vary from country to country. Your parcel will be shipped with Australia Post, however may be transferred to third-party delivery companies. We offer standard, tracked shipping however please contact us if you require an express option.

Returns policy

Wow! Crochet is happy to offer returns or exchanges where required by Australian Consumer Law. In the event that you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Many of our items are made to order or custom, so once we’ve started a project there is no going back. If you have just placed an order and have some information to add, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital downloads. If you are having any issues downloading digital patterns, reach out and we will be happy to assist you.
